Service providers

Vercel hosts and measures the site. Cloudflare provides DNS and security. FormSubmit processes and emails contact requests. Google provides reCAPTCHA for FormSubmit. GitHub hosts source code. These providers process limited information for those purposes.

Retention

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Contact requests delivered by email are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, business records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. This website does not maintain a separate submission database. A Scarvis Sewer Run best score remains in browser storage until you clear the stored data for this site.

No sale of information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, security headers, abuse prevention, and limited data collection. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of a contact request, email info@needfixednow.com. We may retain information required by law or legitimate business obligations.
